Al Forrester

The 2013 Modesto Highland Games were dedicated to our friend and colleague, Al Forrester, who lost his battle to cancer, on Thursday, May 30th. 2013. Al was 77 years old. His enthusiasm in producing and developing our yearly Modesto Highland Games Commemorative Program was unparalleled. Al's long career as a Printer always gave the Society a handsome program every year. His many friends in the Scottish, Irish and Celtic Communities from near and far will miss this talented man. He was a friend to us all. Thank you friend for letting us get to know you and spend time with you, these many years. May you now rest in peace. Thanks for the memories.

Vicky Wolff, Chief St. Andrew's Society of Modesto, 2013
